Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use Cazny. Using the service does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Cazny.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

An email address is required to create an account. You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

You may close your account at any time. You may also ask us to permanently delete your account data, subject to any limited retention required for security, backups, or legal obligations.

Cazny offers free and paid plans. The price and included features are shown before you upgrade. Paid plans may renew automatically until cancelled, and any taxes required in your jurisdiction are your responsibility.

Subscription payments pay for your use of Cazny. Cazny does not process payments between you and your clients; it lets you record those payments for tracking and accounting.

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how to cancel a paid plan and when a refund is available.

You remain responsible for the information and documents you add to Cazny. We do not sell your data or show it to other users unless you choose to share it through a product feature.

We may access data only when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or support the service, or when required by law. We maintain backups as part of service continuity and protect them with appropriate safeguards.

Use Cazny fairly, lawfully, and through its intended interfaces. You must not:

• bypass authentication, authorisation, or other security controls;
• probe, load test, or disrupt the service without written permission;
• upload malicious code, spam, or content that harms others;
• publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material; or
• use automated means to access the service without our permission.

We work to keep Cazny reliable and available, but no online service can be uninterrupted. Maintenance, technical failures, or events outside our control may occasionally make the service unavailable.

To the extent permitted by law, Cazny is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions. We will communicate significant incidents and the steps taken in response.

We may restrict or close an account that violates these terms, threatens the service or its users, or creates legal or sanctions-related risk. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

The Cazny name, website, application, design, code, graphics, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, translate, or publish them without prior written permission.

We may update these terms as Cazny changes. The revised terms take effect when posted here, and the date above will show the latest revision. If a change materially affects your use of the service, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you.
